You are required to take the following actions to register the card to view balances, transactions etc.
- Go to our webpage www.gbtibank.com
- Click on the link Visa Card Sign In (at the top of the page)
- At the top of the page:
- Select ‘Click here to register now’
- Follow the instructions and register card (Create a Login ID and a temporary password)
- Return to LOGIN page: Input your login ID and change the password
- Verify email address (to receive credit card statement alert, email alert and other notifications)
Sign in to your account and select ‘Preferences’ (located next to the ‘log off’ option).
- Enter E-mail address in the box provided and Click on ‘update’ at the bottom of the page. A confirmation code will be sent to your email.
- Select Preferences, click on ‘verify’ next to the email address and enter confirmation code in the box provided.
- Select verify again, after entering the code in the box provided then back to preferences.
- Check the instant alert box to receive email alerts.
Mobile Application- Caribbean Cards Mobile
A mobile cards App is also available for download in the Google play store / App store. More information is available for credit card users with this app. The same login ID and password are to be used.
TO ACTIVATE SMS ALERTS
To select this feature please sign in to your online access and select ‘Preferences’ (located next to the ‘log off’ option).
- Enter Cellular number with format: (00) (Country code) (Phone no.) e.g. 005926662222.
- Click on ‘update’ at the bottom of the page. A confirmation code will be sent to your cellular phone.
- Select Preferences, click on ‘verify’ next to the SMS number and enter confirmation code in the box provided.
- Select verify again, after entering the code in the box provided then back to preferences.
- Check instant alert box (this is where card activity alert is activated).
- Select the box to receive SMS text alerts then select Update.
