4. INFORMATION FOR DIRECT BANKING USERS

  • After signing in, kindly insert your user ID, login and transaction passwords provided by the bank.

  • The customer can choose to use the virtual keyboard (however this is limited to only a few special characters) or simply uncheck the virtual keyboard box and the password can be manually typed in using your keyboard.

  • After accepting the terms and conditions it will be mandatory to change the login and transaction passwords. Again the virtual keyboard can be unchecked if the customer wishes to manually type in both passwords.

  • When deciding on new passwords (login and transaction) special attention should be given to the rules found at the bottom of the page for both passwords since it states what the password should contain and what must be used as the first and last characters.

  • Account nicknames can then be chosen.

  • After successfully signing in, a customer can now change his username; this can be changed from the customer services tab, please select preference.

  • When processing transactions the system will ask for certain characters of the transaction password, e.g. character# 1, 5 and 7, which will change with every new transaction.
