It’s simple – just dial 225 1720/ 1715/ 1719/ 9451. There is no additional charge for this service; you pay for the call only. Our state-of-the-art service allows you to:
Obtain up-to-date balances on your accounts
Check the last five (5) transactions for any of your accounts
Pay utility bills; and make direct bill payments to various other merchants (e.g. Inter.Net.Works).
Transfer funds between your GBTI accounts
Obtain information on our credit and exchange rates and services
Existing customers may enjoy this service by visiting any branch with valid ID and completing the registration form. You will be able to access the service within 24hrs of registering.
Once you have requested this service, you will be issued with a user code and personal ID#.
Anyone can call 225-1720, 225-1719, 225-1715 or 225-9451 to hear our credit interest rates or our foreign currency rates. However, only GBTI customers may access the account information and transaction options (using an individual user code and ID # issued to them during registration for the service).
